• A signed retainer agreement and a fee of $1,500 is required to formally retain Vocational Experts of Utah. Monies from the retainer are applied to costs as they accrue.

• Please call for the current Vocational Expert Witness professional rate.

• Actual travel time is considered professional time, and mileage reimbursement is based on the current federal rate.

• Vocational assessment test battery is available upon request; additional fees apply.

• Vocational Experts of Utah may supply either male or female evaluators upon request.
