Noreen Roeca M.S. CRC. LVRC
Ms. Roeca offers over 22 years of experience in various roles for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR). Professional experience includes serving as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, a Supervising Counselor, and a Program Specialist.
Ms. Roeca established Vocational Experts of Utah in 2015 to provide earning capacity assessments and expert testimony for family law matters.
Ms. Roeca holds a Master's degree in Special Education with a major concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and is licensed as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (LVRC) in Utah.
Ms. Roeca is also trained in divorce mediation and employment law and is an expert at assessing barriers to employment and guiding individuals to establish and fulfill vocational objectives. Ms. Roeca has expertise in working with individuals with severe persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and physical and cognitive impairments.
