Our singular focus on earning potential delivers the necessary evidence and backup specifics to assess an individual's professional capabilities and the barriers that hold them back.

As the founder of Vocational Experts of Utah, Ms. Roeca has been practicing as a forensic vocational expert since 2015. She brings 20+ years of professional expertise at the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR) including Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Supervising Counselor, and Program Specialist.

Ms. Roeca is uniquely qualified both in her professional and educational training. Within her Special Education Master’s Degree, she completed a major concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling and is licensed as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and licensed as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (LVRC) in Utah.

Additionally, Ms. Roeca is trained in divorce mediation and employment law. She is an expert at assessing barriers to employment and guiding individuals to establish and fulfill vocational objectives as well as working with individuals with severe persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and physical and cognitive impairments.
